Renaissance

 

 

Renaissance is a program designed to recognize and reward students' academic achievements. Begun in 1988 in Conway, South Carolina, today there are more than 10,000 schools across the nation who have implemented Renaissance programs.

 

How can I be on Renaissance?

Renaissance encourages scholastic achievement by recognizing 
students each semester that have done the following:

 

• Maintained at least a 3.0 GPA with no grade lower than a C

• Received no more than one 3 in citizenship

• No unexcused absences

• No more than 3 detentions

• No more than 5 tardies

• No major discipline problems

 

Renaissance Steering Committee

The Renaissance Steering Committee is a group of students selected from all grade levels who help in the development of the Renaissance program.
